As usual the cricket season seems to start when the weather takes a turn for the worse.
Edinburgh Accies have two teams with the 1st XI, captained by Kean Woodmansey, playing in SCL East League Division 1 and the Scottish Cup. The 2nd X1 are captained by Andrew Rawlins and are in ESCA Division 5. Together with an active programme of coaching for juniors the challenges facing the Club are considerable.
However, it does mean a good standard of cricket is readily available for players seeking the challenge of ‘first class’ cricket. New players and juniors are always welcome and as always the Club remain committed to playing the game in the right spirit.
