Planning for next season is already well under way and we’re finishing our pre-season preparations with a tour to Cardiff.
Whitey has arranged two games against St Fagans in Cardiff on Saturday 21st April 2012, a week before our season starts here. St Fagans are a big club with Tom Maynard being the highest profile of several county cricketers the club has produced. Their first team will be very competitive and have Shaun Tait’s brother as overseas pro.
More importantly they regularly host touring sides and have a great clubhouse on the ground which serves excellent teas. For those of you who haven’t been to Cardiff, its a city with no shortage of bars for a spot of pre and post match team bonding.
