The 2nd XI conviningly beat East 5 Champions Morton on the final day of the season. Bowling first on a damp track, Morton were bundled out for just 51. Sammy was the pick of the bowlers with 4-14 but wickets were shared around with Hoagy, Tom, Rhino and Dan Pring all getting in on the action.
After a quick turnaround to ensure the game was completed, Accies knocked the runs off for the loss of just 2 wickets. That meant Largo had to beat Falkland to deny Accies promotion which they duly did as the 2nds fell agonisingly close to promotion.
