The 100 Club function annually takes place at the end of the season. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate the successes of the season as well as raise money for the Club and charities.
In 2013 the function took places at Edinburgh Accies Rugby Club, with £200 being donated to Cricket for Change. The charity aims to use cricket to transform the lives of disadvantaged young people.
If you want to find out about the great work Cricket for Change does, simply go to their website Cricket for Change.
How does it work?
Members of the Club pick two tickets, one numbered from 1-30 and one from 31-60. The sum of these two tickets corresponds to the price you pay for 2 tickets.
Throughout the function the numbers that members have picked are randomly chosen, with the member that picked the last number chosen winning a major cash prize.
There are also great prizes available in the raffle and auction. In 2013 Hunter wellies, signed Cricket Scotland shirt and signed England team photo were all up for grabs.
Tickets also include drinks and nibbles.
