Club Overview
Edinburgh Accies are one of Scotland's oldest and leading cricket teams. Founded in 1855, Edinburgh Accies currently field 2 teams; the 1st XI will play in the Scottish National League 'Championship' division in 2011, while the 2nd XI play in Division 5 of the East League.
We also have a thriving junior section and currently field junior sides at U13 and U15 level who play in the Lothian Junior Cricket Development Group (LJCDG) leagues and also we have an U10 kwik cricket team that plays in Sunday morning festivals. We also hope to field a hard ball U11 side this year.
We currently play our home games at Newfield, the sports facilities of Edinburgh Academy, while our home ground at Raeburn Place is re-developed. More details on the re-development of Raeburn Place can be found at the Raeburn House website.
